I absolutely loved Kylie and Michael’s sailboat Engagement Session at White Rock Lake in Dallas! There is something so romantic about summer portraits, especially on the water. Before the session, Kylie told me she wanted the photos to be simple and romantic-–a true reflection of them as a couple. When I met them before our session to chat a little and get comfortable, I asked Michael, “When did you first know you wanted to marry Kylie?” His answer just about swept me away. He almost started tearing up as he told me he knew before their first date. He told me, “Something kept telling me ‘You’re about to take out the girl you’re going to marry,’ and from the very beginning it was just always her.” Did your heart just melt a little? Yep. Mine too.
