I first saw an image of the TWU Greenhouse a few years ago and knew immediately I had to shoot there, so it was such a dream to team up with Lottie of Grit & Gold Weddings and Briley of Oh Deery Floral to dream up this sophisticated wedding inspiration editorial! I loved having the greenhouse as the focal point, and creating details inspired by its lush romance and modern lines. Briley created the most stunning floral arch, and it paired perfectly with Lottie’s impeccably styled table. I love how she used strong, dark tones, which contrasted beautifully with Briley’s stunning florals.
We also wanted to incorporate a ceremony site to serve as inspiration for brides planning their weddings. I love how the white garden chairs pair with the sophisticated draping of the arch. The elegant pieces & drapery from Propmaker Rentals combined with Briley’s breathtaking florals created the most beautiful scene. Brides, if you are looking for an elegant way to dress up your ceremony site–this is your answer!
It’s such a joy when everyone’s talent comes together to create so much beauty; the makeup and hair by Something You gave our sweet model, Olivia, such a fresh, natural, dewy look. Furthermore, the stunning gown by Made With Love Bridals from A & Bé Bridal Shop could not have been more lovely, especially when paired with the classic Bella Belle heels and stunning jewelry from Shapiro Diamonds. And have you ever seen a dress look so good AND have pockets?! I love this fresh take!
Every detail was perfect at this shoot, including the paper goods from Alli K Designs, the china, linen, and flatware from Posh Couture Rentals, the cake stand and vintage glassware from Pretty Little Plate, and the absolutely incredible cake by Loft 22 Cakes. And of course, thank you to PhotoVision, for absolutely nailing these film scans once again! This editorial was one of my favorites of 2o16, and I’m so excited to share it with you today!
