I am so happy to finally be able to share this editorial, which I have been dreaming up for a long time! It evolved out of a need to push myself past the “norm” and use places & locations that I have access to in order to create for myself an entire new look and new “world”. By looking at these photos, you would never know they were taken in Texas! And that’s exactly what I aim to do with my photography. I want to inspire brides to look past the typical and really create their perfect ideal for their wedding, regardless of when or where they are getting married.
This styled shoot combines soft romance with an old-worldly feel that focuses on special heirloom pieces, such as the vintage ring from Amulette Jewelry, and the antique hand-held mirror. I love the feeling of serenity and longing that these images encapsulate!
