I’m so excited to see this editorial featured on Cottage Hill today and you can see the full post HERE! I call this series “White Mystère” because the images evoke a sense of romance, gentleness, simplicity, and above all, mystery. I believe this series speaks to a modern and feminine bride who appreciates the beauty in simplicity. I love how each detail both pops from it’s surroundings and also blends together to create a cohesive and soft effect. I was drawn to the bride’s gentle movements throughout the shoot, and it really inspired me to create a series full of elegance and mystery—two traits I am so attracted to when I photograph a bride!
Everything came together so beautifully to deliver a series on film that is clean, simple, and timeless. The images with the bride veiled are especially my favorite. :) This series speaks to a bride who wants simple, yet striking details; and shows that you don’t always need a lot of color to make a statement.
