I am so excited to see this modern and sultry desert editorial at Red Rock Canyon featured today on Trendy Bride! You can see the full feature HERE!

Ambra of Query Events and I dreamed up this shoot with a storyline that follows a bride getting ready in a hotel room on her wedding day. She then gets in her car and drives out to the desert for bridal photos before the sun goes down. The final scene shows her driving off into the sunset, on her way to marry her love. My team and I had so much fun coming up with something really different to inspire brides who may be slightly non-traditional. The muted tones and the delicacy of the flowers contrasted with the austere landscape while still pulling in some of the colors of the desert surroundings. The wedding gown with its sheer lace was both sexy and elegant, and the long, flowy veil gave her look a romantic quality. I hoped to show brides-to-be that they can have dreamy elegance and a sultry feel all in the same day to make their wedding a true reflection of them.
