Western Mountain Wedding Inspiration in Vail Colorado

Thank you to Style Me Pretty for featuring this gorgeous editorial! You can view the full feature here!

This beautiful editorial shoot is brought to you from the breathtaking mountains of Vail, Colorado. This dreamy shoot took place at one of Vail’s most prestigious and beautiful resorts, Beaver Creek. We were excited to be able to see the beauty of Beaver Creek Wedding Deck in person and enjoy the awe-inspiring views from the top. Any bride would be so lucky to get married here! The gondola ride up to the wedding deck is enough to make me want to redo my own wedding!

The natural beauty of the surroundings is what really inspired us for this shoot. We wanted to keep the editorial feeling effortless and natural, yet still very feminine. Bare Root Flora created some gorgeous arrangements that really made our vision come to life while Karli with Ivory & Vine Co styled an intimate sunset dinner for two. The bouquet also beautifully complimented the romantic gown that our model wore. And I love that when she wasn’t wearing the gorgeous Bella Belle heels, she was running barefoot through the grass.

I loved being able to work with the team at Beaver Creek. They were so accommodating and even allowed us to incorporate one of their beautiful horses into our shoot. As the sun was setting behind the mountains, it was the perfect opportunity to “send off” the bride on horseback and show just how romantic it can be to incorporate horses into your wedding day!

At the heart of my work is a belief that wedding photography should feel as meaningful as the moments themselves. Whether capturing the quiet, intimate exchanges or the big celebrations that bring everyone together, my work is guided by artistry, empathy, and an intuitive understanding of what matters most. And with over a decade of experience, I have perfected my role as a wedding photographer to extend beyond the regular documentation — it’s about creating space for all couples to feel supported, present, and fully immersed in their experience.
