I have so much love for this sweet couple and teared up more than once on their wedding day. I was so happy for Delanie & Brent to be tying the knot and uniting their family! I first met Delanie when I photographed their little boy, Hudson, for his newborn portraits in 2015. Since then I have continued to photograph Hudson every 3 or so months to capture his growth through milestone photos. Every time I got together with them for their photo session, it felt like seeing an old friend! So when Delanie told me that Brent had proposed and they were setting the date, I couldn’t have been happier! Then I found out their wedding was going to be overlooking the vast gorgeous landscape of Santa Fe and I about died. It was a perfect intimate wedding with the best feeling and the best spirit present. Delanie was a knockout in her BHLDN wedding dress and had the perfect details to tie it all together. The floral arrangements by Everly Alaine Florals were absolutely gorgeous (and smelled amazing!) and really brought such beauty to this small & intimate affair. I was so honored and excited to be there to capture this perfect day for these two! And their First Look will definitely go down in the books for one of my all-time favorites! Brent’s reaction was so pure and genuine and afterwards, both kept saying how grateful they were for deciding to do a First Look. It gave them the chance to be alone and let their true emotions show. Everything about their day was perfect!
