We couldn’t have asked for better weather for Anna & Dan’s Engagement Session at Longwood Gardens! It was the perfect summer night with beautiful blue skies and surprisingly cool temperatures. I had so much fun exploring around the gardens with these guys and capturing them as they cuddled up in front of my lens. Just look at them—so cute and so in love! I can’t wait for their wedding next summer at Parque!

Hi Callie. I came here following your comparison between Mamiya and pentax systems with their 105mm, 80mm lenses. I’m also in the process of deciding either pentax or Mamiya. Specially, I find it’s bit difficult to decide on the Pentax 105mm f2.4 vs Mamiya 80mm f1.9 review. However, I find the rsults you have produced in these albums are really stunning! Specially images are really sharp and beautifully rendered. May I ask which lens did you shoot these weddings ?
I still have both systems (and a Contax now) but I tend to shoot with my Mamiya almost exclusively. And I actually shoot with the 80mm 2.8 a lot since the auto focus is just quicker. Good luck with your decision!
Thank you for the explanation. I think in that sense, speciall in long term usage and possibly using in tough/professional situation autofocus could come in handy. It seems to me, using an adaptor on Pentax 645 + 105mm f2.4 will be bit more difficult + extra few grams. Cheers
